Testing...123

November 21, 2002 | Comments 0 Comments

So I’ve been very busy, and will continue to be through the holiday, doing usability studies and trying to get some real world feedback on some of the sites I work on. It’s a very interesting, worthwhile experience. If you’ve never interfaced with your users you can’t imagine some of the things they find important, and some of the things the both understand and are confused by. It’s really a fun experience in which you can learn a lot, both about your sites and about how you look at them.

Speaking of being confused, if you are a bit unclear on how usability and information architecture connect — and how they don’t — Jeff Lash sorts it all out over at Digital-Web.
