To the eXtreme

eXtreme Design - an idea from [stop] design - an interesting prospect. If you are famailiar with eXtreme Programming you’ll get this a bit. We did some of that at one of my previous gigs and it worked very well.

I’ve worked in a similar fashion with a few design type projects as well, in fact Brian and I often work in this manner to a certain extent, to pretty good results actually - but it’s just the two of us mostly. To that point I see it maybe working well with small teams made up of cross-disciplined professionals. I don’t think it’d work in every situation - and every project needs someone to make the tough decisions and settle disputes, but it’s an idea.
