Asterisk* - The First Year

It was a year ago today that I made my first post to Asterisk* — at the time I knew very little about “blogs” and was looking into Movable Type for use in my day job, and blogging as an opportunity to hone my writing skills. I got much more than I ever expected and I imagine there is more to come.

It’s 383 posts later and lots has happened and even more has changed. It’s been lots of fun and I look forward to more good times. I’ve met lots of great people, learned lots of new things and most importantly really enjoyed expressing myself to all the great people who visit this site. I hope y’all get half as much out of it as I do.

March 8, 2003 Story of an Intranet Redesign — The first in a series about the work that went into our Intranet down at the hospital.

May 27, 2003 Death of a Web Team — This caused quite a stir, got lots of email on this one.
