In Jeffrey Veen’s post, Didactic Presentation, he gives us Web professionals a strong ray of hope, backed up with good old fashioned common sense.

One part stands out in my mind:

So do me a favor. Let’s stop worrying about rules and guidelines and heuristics. Instead, let’s develop and hone our craft.

It’s good to see a big dog in the industry like Veen telling people to hone their craft. I have been telling people this on my site, but I think he just might get one or two more people than me :) so his reach is greater.
