I’ve published the second in my series of introductory FOCUS articles, this time putting the FOCUS on goals.
I’m of the firm belief that starting with solid goals is the best way to insure a successful project. It’s all to often that goals are either not given enough attention or overlooked completely when a Web project is initiated. With this article I give a quick overview of some common types of goals and some ways you can begin to introduce goals into your design process.
