In Dave’s second installment of A Second Voice, Ian Lloyd writes about Designing for The Future and the Training Gap.

This is a must read for anyone who is even remotely interested in Web standards.

Ian describes situations that I’m sure many Web designers, developers and standards advocates can really relate to. He asks some tough questions and opens a dialogue in which we can share our own experiences and perhaps come up with some answers and new ideas on ways we can get others up to speed with Web standards. Excellent work.
