After a small break — “Gorilla” Web tips is back. This time I’ve outlined and explained a little technique that I try to use on most of my work. It’s called persona sketching and in essence it’s a quick and easy way to help get to know your users while also advocating for them.
This isn’t a technique for every Web project, but I find it helpful in the absence of real good user data and when there is no time and budget to do user research. As I’m sure you know, there are often times when you need to take a “gorilla” approach when it comes to user advocacy and persona sketching is one such technique that I use.
