Brian McBrearty’s 4REALDOUGH is another example of a fresh Flash design that’s audience appropriate, easy to use and creative.
It’s a music portfolio site, created by Trevor Van Meter, who’s own brand new site is all-Flash, easy to use, audience appropraite and down right killer as well.
From the “about da dough” section:
4REALDOUGH BREAKS OFF DEF JAMS AND CRUNKED SOUND EFFECTS IN EVERY STYLE FROM MONSTER ORCHESTRAL SCORES TO RUMP-SHAKIN HOUSE MIXES (MIX AND MATCH FOR THOUSANDS OF COMBINATIONS IN ALL), FOR PROJECTS IN TV, MOVIES, AND NEW MEDIA.
(sorry for the all caps, I cut and pasted that from his site — not too common that I can do that from an all-Flash site.)
What I like about this site, as side from the creative and humorous design, is the fact that I can easily get at and listen to the music. The navigation system for that part of the site is much like the finder in OS X. In that way the site really serves it’s main purpose.
The site is also really quick, something that you don’t expect with these kinds of sites and that’s another big plus.
