Viswanath Gondi’s article, Making Rich Web Application Architecture Usable, while not targeting Flash specifically, offers some very helpful advice on creating RIAs.

“Focus on the user and all else will follow” is a philosophy that can make or break a product.

A great way to begin a great piece, and words to live by when creating anything that needs to be used by another human.
