What skill would you like to improve and why?

I’m going to assume this question is work related. I mean if it wasn’t I’d want to improve my x-ray vision.
I guess I’d have to say the skill I’d like to improve would be my writing. I’d choose that for many reasons.
Mainly because I feel I have quite a bit of room for improvement in that area and I feel it something that needs to be constantly worked on to make any sort of marked improvement.
I also feel that by improving my writing I improve other skills, like critical thinking, problem solving, overall communication and more, that can help me in many other ways in both my personal and professional life.
When I was younger I always wanted to be a fiction writer and I guess I still have a glimmer of that dream alive. I’ve always had the imagination and have never had a problem with anything like writer’s block.
It’s just the mechanics and discipline I’ve never been able to get a handle on, but I’m working on it and I feel like I’m slowly but surely improving.
Sadly my x-ray vision hasn’t seen any marked improvement in a long, long time.
