SXSW Web Awards Finalists

The SXSW Web Awards Finalists were announced today and I’m very proud to announce that my site is a finalist in the “Developer Resource” category. I don’t want to make a big deal out of it, but it is exciting news.
There is some serious competition (CSS Zen Garden! Accessify’s Tools and Wizards! I’m gonna get squashed like a bug, and probably rightly so!) in there and I’m just happy to be selected.
Two sites I’d not seen before, The Accessibility Internet Rally: Advanced Training (how’d I miss this one?) and 2112 F/X, are the other finalists. Great resources all and any one well deserving.
I think I’m the only blog that made it in (update: I was wrong 2122fx is a blog as well), so that’s interesting and it makes me happy to know that people view this site as a resource. That was the plan and I couldn’t have done it with out all my awesome readers!

The first one listed is also a blog: 2112 FX 3D Tips Blog. It’s a video and 3D developer resource though, so not in the same vein the rest of our web developer resources. Good luck, Keith. See you in March.
