A bit has been lost in translation and edits, but I wanted to clue y’all into an article I wrote for the inaugural issue of Weblogmagazine - an amazing publication of which I can understand very little.
Raúl Ramírez, The Editor in Chief (as best I can tell) asked me if I’d consider writing an article about Weblogs for him and of course I couldn’t refuse.
I love working on these kinds of projects. To be able to work on something like this with people that far away, and realize they are into and doing the same things I am is really cool. It’s what the Web is all about. We had some language challenges, but in the end, it’s a great end product and of course, think it’s great to have one of my pieces translated into Español.

Sounds awsome. I lived in Spain for a few months. It was seriously an amazing adventure. I ended up meeting this guy named Fernando Berliniski and he had started a website where he would take pics of Salamanca, Spain and upload them every night. He’ld also provide a lot of cool info about the city and stuff.
But yea, I ended up becoming good friends with him and now we’re business partners. You can check out his site at SalamancaFiesta.com. Right now we’re working on creating a new standards-based design. But it’s amazing how much success the site has had. We owe our success to the many personas españolas y los viajeros que visitan el sitio y escriben acerca de SalamancaFiesta en su blogs.

Hey it’s nothing. Always happy to help. It’s exciting to work with people from other countries and from other cultures. That’s what the WWW is all about. Oh and you know I really enjoy making friends with people around the globe.
