Heh. Scott made a rhyme.

My first thought was “pleasantly dizzy.”

I love the color…

Sparklers. Like we used to get when we were kids. Someone would wave one around real fast and you’d cross your eyes and watch the patterns.

Later came ‘shrooms ; )

Like Ray, Sparklers. I used to love bending the wire at right angles and spinning circles real fast.

Energetic, mystified. Kind of makes me want to dance (rave, not club dancing). I could also be content just watching whomever (or whatever) is making the light show.

Prolonged exposure to the image causes me think of “similar” images I’ve seen of photos of deep space and that there must be something else out there. :)

Flashback of the last time I went to a rave in an altered state of mind. But not in a good way. It makes my stomach hurt.

Being chased. The lights with their fuzzy logic algorithms have tracked my path down and are about to pounce. There’s not much space left to run.

Motion. Chaos.

Drunken photography. :)

I too thought of fireworks, I used to try to take pictures of them and it made similar patterns based on the motion of the sparks and my hands shaking…

Ooh, y’know those metallic pom-pom shaker things on sticks they have at football games? Yeah, it’s an electric iridescent neon-powered one of those, and a slow shutter setting. XD

This picture makes me feel like I’ve been drinking quite seriously, and deciding afterwards to take a ride in a carnival attraction.
About the point where the black hole in your memory starts the next morning: “I had a great evening, but how did I get home?”

It reminds me of pictures of the neon signs on busy city streets in places like Tokyo or Hong Kong. And on the right side, some of the lights form a pattern that even looks vaguely like the face of an anime/manga character. But it’s chaotic and disordered.

Emotionally? I dunno. Excited, anxious, perhaps a little confused, like when going out to explore an unfamiliar city at night.

I think of the county fair in August at night. I hear little kids screaming on a ride run by a shady looking carny, who yells at other little kids who try to pick up change thrown out of people’s pockets whilst on the ride. I can hear the other sounds so familiar at the yearly event: loud music from the ‘scary’ rides, throngs of people, babies crying, kids laughing, the mechanical clunks and clanks of the well used rides. And I can almost smell the funnel cakes. mmmmm… greasy carnival food.

It makes me think of a motor speedway at night. Kind of like you’re on the track or in the infield and lights are blurred from moving quickly past the large protective fence in front of the grandstands. Strange thought, I know, but I hope you get the idea.

At first made me just think “that’s a nice pink”, closely followed by thoughts of street at night , closely followed by thoughts of an oscilloscope or some sort of technical electron-bendy-graph-type-thing.

Now, perhaps due to the music I am listening to, makes me think of some sort of dance or rave or something like that - feels vibrant and exciting.
