The Blogging Business Summit seemed to be a great success. I wish I could have spent more time there, but yesterday I felt compelled to check in at work. New job and all, I think I might have missed some juicy moments. Ah, well, next time?
The sessions I did see were all very good, and while there seemed to be quite a diverse crowd, with a corresponding diverseness in interests, my guess is that most folks found it worthwhile. It’s an event that I feel may have a good future, once the kinks are worked out. If they could have had a wider range of topics that might have done the trick. But for a new gig, it was better than I’d thought it’d be.
How did the session that Byron and I did go? Very well—I think. I can’t say as if everyone found it to be an interesting topic, but it seemed to go very well (almost as planned) and we had lots of great interaction, questions and feedback.
Other than that, saw some old friends, met a few new folks and generally had a very nice time. Instead of recapping all what went down, here are a few folks who’ve been blogging the whole darn thing:
- DL Byron
- Debbie Weil
- Jeff Bar
- Pete Blackshaw
- Renee Blodgett
- Brian Chin
- Seed Wiki
- Darren Barefoot
- Tris Hussey
- Susannah Gardner
- Qumana
- Ad Innovator
- Mitch Ratcliffe
- Red Herring
- Digital Web
- Scoble
- Jennifer Rice
There are also some great photos.
