In Vegas For CTIA

So Brian and I are taking 1/2 of Blue Flavor to Sin City for CTIA Wireless. Mobile is really Brian’s thing, but I’ll be there to help him out, soak up some mobile design culture and get up on the latest wireless Lifehackery.

(Ok, ok, I’m really there for a spot of sun (fingers crossed) and to roll some dice.)

In any case if any of y’all are going to be in Vegas for CTIA, let me know. I do plan on a bit of blogging while I’m there. I’m hoping to find some nuggets for Lifehacker and any Mobile Design related goodies I come across will probably end up on Blue Flavored.

I think that mobile websites are an excellent source of information when on the go. The recent launch of the Google SMS is really neat also. Simply send a search query to the number GOOGL on your cell phone and wait for the results via SMS. This display’s the potential for mobile websites and mobile advertising to become mainstream. I see the future as havaing Google adwords for mobile websites maybe they already have this but I think with Google on board the rest will follow.
